Famous French Puffs Recipe
Served at The Parker House Inn in Quechee, Vermont

This is the Parker House Inn's favorite breakfast sweet! Yummy!

Ingredients Directions
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups King Arthur flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup milk

Glaze Topping

  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
Beat all ingredients together and pour into greased mini-muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

While warm, dip in melted butter and roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Makes 2 dozen. Bon appetite!
