3/4 cup of your favorite unsweetened fruit preserves
3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 tsp cornstarch
Heat preserves in small saucepan over low heat. Combine apple juice and cornstarch until smooth and add to preserves. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Serve hot over your favorite fruit or breakfast bread. Delicious with Banana Oat Bran-cakes.
