Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Crust: Press crushed cookie crumbs into bottom of 9" x 13" pan - reserve some crumbs for topping. Drizzle melted butter over crumbs and bake 2 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
Filling: Make pudding per package instructions - set aside. With electric mixer at low speed, combine cream cheese, sugar, and whipped topping until well blended.
Spread half of cream cheese mixture over cookie crumbs. Top with pudding then remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate one hour before serving.
