Chocolate Chip Cookies
Mirror Lake Inn Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

• 2 cups butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 4 tsps. vanilla
• 4 cups flour
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 3 tsp. salt
• 4 cups chocolate chips
• 2 cups broken walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl, mix until light & fluffy first 3 ingredients.

Blend and add to sugar mixture 4 eggs.

Add remaining ingrediants. Drop onto greased cookie sheets and bake in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes. Yields 4 dozen cookies.
