New England Pancake Recipe

| Ingredients | Directions |

Sift together flour, baking
powder, and sugar. Beat eggs
and milk. Add
flour mixture and beat until it smooth. Stir in melted butter.
Pour mixture one spoonful at a time onto hot griddle or pre-heated frying pan. There is no need to add oil to the pan. Turn cakes only once. Top with blueberries, strawberries or maple syrup and butter. Yield: 20 small pancakes Add a dash of cinnamon and/or vanilla for added flavor. |
