The Gift

Sometimes life gets too busy.

People get lazy and rare feelings shown begin to get hazy.

When you feel like you are uncared for and unwanted,

Don't allow yourself to feel haunted.

Remember -- you are a special gift.

So lift yourself high,

Spread out those wings and fly.

Angels send down their songs on the wings of a dove,

Songs of guidance and of love.

Don't let your heart harden into a stone,

Because you are never alone.

You are NEVER forgotten,

Just open you precious eyes,

Above to the spacious skies.

And remember -- you can't live in poverty when you are the Lord's property.

And even though tender feelings shown to you may be few,

Just try to remember that you are a special Gift!
