Sping Awakening -

The mother sun nurtures the delicate buds
swelling, as the leaves wait for the birth
The birds sing songs of awakening
a concert of praise and joyfulness
The soothing sounds of the frogs in the pond
mating calls, lullabying our souls
The brown fields, thankful for the showers
tell the world with a luster of green
The flowers slowly push through the earth
announcing spring with vibrant color
Sighs and sounds announce the birth of life
