Champlain Valley Fair Vermont Welcome to the biggest annual Fair in Vermont – The Champlain Valley Fair. The Champlain Valley Fair opened as the Essex Fair in Essex Center. It grew so quickly it into a “true county Fair” back in 1921. This Fair is now known as The Champlain Valley Exposition. The Fairground is at 105 Pearl Street, Essex Junction, VT. There are multiple entrances for your convenience: Gate B on Pearl Street, Gates E and F on Rt. 2A.
