The ice cream factory tour of Ben and Jerry's is the most popular tourist attraction in the Green Mountain State. Thousands of people visit the Waterbury Vermont Ben & Jerry's location every month.

The Ben & Jerry's ice cream factory tour takes about 30 minutes to complete. The highlight of the tour is the free samples of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream at the end of the tour. (see photo left) The flavor of ice cream samples vary from day to day. There is a small charge for admission.

The Ben & Jerry's ice cream factory tours, gift shop, and scoop shop are open seven days a week, year round. They are closed New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas. There is no ice cream production on weekends, Holidays, and Company celebration days. Reservations for groups of 10 or more are encouraged.
